How to Prepare Your File

Supported Formats
We accept strictly .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF files.
Scale & Units
Please ensure your model is exported in Millimeters (mm) before uploading.
Watertight Geometry
Make sure your 3D model is solid and has no open edges or inverted normals.
Maximum Build Volume
Your model must fit within our maximum printing area of 256 x 256 x 256 mm.

Do you look at my file before printing?

Yes! If we detect any structural issues or bad geometry that might cause a print failure, we will contact you via email before starting production.

Can you print in multiple colours?

Absolutely. Select the “Multi-Colour” option in the calculator modifier, and specify your layout preferences in the order notes at checkout.

What if my model is larger than 256mm?

Please contact us directly via the Contact Form. We can manually split large models into interlocking parts and assemble them for you.
